Reiki Courses
People are most commonly drawn to learn Reiki as a natural form of healing to help themselves or loved ones release long-held stresses and pains. For those who seek it, Reiki can also offer the opportunity to expand the consciousness and help you on your spiritual path.
I initially trained in Western Reiki in 1999, but in 2005 I increased my knowledge and changed my focus by training with Frans and Bronwen Stiene, (authors of the Reiki Sourcebook and The Japanese art of Reiki) in Usui Reiki Ryoho, a system that attempts to teach the origins of the system of Reiki from a Japanese perspective.
The process of learning Reiki is broken down into three levels (called degrees in the west). I teach Shoden (1st degree) & Okuden (2nd degree) in small groups of up to 5 people & provide a comprehensive manual to accompany each course. The courses will include western influences but their focus is Reiki from a Japanese perspective.
Please contact me to discuss any queries regarding either course or to obtain a booking form.
